Two 45-minute workouts – One of these must be outside, no matter the weather.
Follow a diet – You get to choose the diet, but no cheating or alcohol is allowed.
Read 10 pages of a self-help or educational book – Expand your mind while you transform your body.
Drink a gallon of water – Staying hydrated is non-negotiable.
Take a progress picture – Every. Single. Day.
My Experience with 75 Hard
January 2024, I decided to give 75 Hard a try - recommended by Brent. It wasn’t my first challenge—I've done my fair share of extreme diets and workout programs over the years (cabbage soup diet, anyone?). But this time, something clicked. I invited a friend, Dr. Stanislaus, who surprised me by saying yes, and we dove in headfirst.
What was hardest for me? Drinking that gallon of water, keeping up with the reading, and sticking to my chosen diet. But here’s what I learned: we do have enough time in the day to get everything done—we just need to silence the noise, focus, plan, and start early. I walked away with a mental shift. I started betting on myself in ways I hadn’t before. It was a reminder that saying "yes" to challenges, especially when your inner bitch voice is yelling “no,” can be the ultimate confidence boost.
