Green Leaf Barbell Club
​​A $50 initiation fee applies to all new Green Leaf Barbell Club members. The plan includes full access to the Green Leaf Barbell Club programming and Saturday WODs. This option is either a standalone membership or included with our regular CrossFit membership.

This 12-week program focuses on improving Snatch and Clean & Jerk, with supplemental and accessory exercises to build strength and address weaknesses. With two 90-minutes sessions per week, each session balances technique, strength, and recovery. Participants will track their progress over the course of the program, with personalized adjustments to ensure consistent improvement. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, this program will challenge you to elevate your skills while fostering a supportive community of like-minded athletes. Taught by USA Weightlifting Certified Coaches.

You do not have to be a member of CrossFit Green Leaf to participate. Anyone interested in becoming part of the barbell club, can join.
