  • Customized Macros: Receive tailored nutrition recommendations to suit your goals.

  • Weekly Habits and Lessons: Implement practical habits and learn actionable strategies for sustained health improvements.

  • Meal Prep Services: Convenient meal prep options available in the DFW area to complement your challenge plan.

  • Access to group classes 3 times per week.

  • Q2 Challenge: April 6 – May 16, 2026
