At CrossFit Green Leaf, we know that pushing boundaries inside the gym is only half the story. While the sweat and hard work are essential, true progress actually happens when you leave the floor. It's in how we recover, rebuild, and fuel our bodies for long-term health and athletic longevity.

That’s why we’re so excited to introduce Performance & Recovery Focus, powered by Crystal Clear Rx Wellness. This program is designed to bridge the gap between your intense

daily training and science-backed, physician-guided recovery protocols that help you feel your best.

Why Targeted Recovery Matters

Whether you’re crushing high-intensity WODs, building strength, or just trying to keep your energy up throughout the day, your body needs the right tools to bounce back. Here is how targeted support can help:

  • Bounce Back Faster: Specialized protocols support muscle repair so you can spend less time feeling sore and more time doing what you love.

  • Better Energy: Help your body use nutrients more efficiently to keep your "battery" charged at the cellular level.

  • Easy to Use: Depending on what is right for you, therapies are available through simple nasal sprays or quick injections.

  • Quality You Can Trust: All products are prepared by licensed pharmacy partners and delivered cold-chain straight to your door.

How It Works

Starting your recovery journey is simple. Because these are medical protocols, your safety is the priority, and every step is guided by professionals.

  • 1. Explore the Portal: Head over to the Performance & Recovery Focus portal to check out available options and eligibility.

  • 2. Talk to a Pro: Fill out a quick health form and have a secure telehealth visit with a licensed provider.

  • 3. Get Your Plan: If the clinician determines the therapy is safe and right for your goals, they will issue a prescription.

  • 4. Fast Delivery: Your order is custom-made and shipped directly to you in temperature-controlled packaging within a few business days.

  • Payment Eligibility: HSA / FSA eligible (prescription-based)

Available Therapies

Here is a quick look at the protocols available to help you reach your goals:

  • Tirzepatide & Semaglutide (with L-Carnitine)

These options help manage appetite and improve how your body handles insulin to support weight management and metabolic health. Note: Can cause stomach upset; not for those with a history of certain thyroid cancers.

  • NAD+ Injectable

A powerhouse for cellular energy and anti-aging that helps repair DNA and keeps your mitochondria (your cell's engines) running smoothly. Note: May cause temporary flushing or palpitations if injected too quickly.

  • Sermorelin

This peptide encourages your body to release its own natural growth hormones, which can improve sleep quality and help you maintain lean muscle. Note: Not for use if you have active malignancies.

  • Glutathione

Often called the "master antioxidant," this helps your body detox and reduces the oxidative stress caused by hard training. Note: Use caution if you have asthma or certain sensitivities.

  • PT-141 (Bremelanotide) Nasal

A nasal spray that works with your nervous system to support libido and arousal. Note: Avoid if you have high blood pressure or heart disease; can cause nausea.

Your Safety Comes First

All medications are prepared to high standards and require a personal prescription. You’ll always consult with a licensed professional to make sure any plan you choose is safe and effective for your unique health history.
